Do this:
Salt and pepper both sides of the fish and..
In a small bowl, whisk:
6 T of olive oil
3 T prepared white horseradish
3 T soy sauce
1 T lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t salt
1 t pepper
*(measurements are a guess-timate. I just pour stuff in a bowl.)
Baste while grilling fish. Mmmm. I did this the other night and may I just say, I CAN COOK!
